The Nansen Dialogue Network cooperates on several projects, addressing regional challenges. Virtual School is one example of a project in which many Nansen Dialogue Centres are involved. The project addresses general issues such as: democracy, human rights and reconciliation through web-based teaching and discussions. Applied Conflict Transformation Studies (ACTS) and Divided Communities are examples of other projects where two or more NDCs cooperate. The most common form of cooperation between the different NDCs is based on common challenges and on regional issues involving more than one state. One example is the gathering of teachers from Kosovo, Macedonia and Croatia which took place in Ohrid in 2005, jointly addressing the challenges and responsibilities of their profession in the process of peacebuilding.

because they fear each other; They fear each other
because they don't know each other; They don't know each other
because they are so often
separated from each other."
