On 21st of February 2013 in NDC Prijedor office, meeting with representatives of Local Community Councils in Prijedor City was organized. As the first initial meeting on this issue NDC Prijedor realized this activity in cooperation with Prijedor Department for coordination with Local Communities. The aim of the meeting was to discuss the role of Diaspora in development of Local Communities in Prijedor. We also talked about the strengthening of local institutional capacities for improvement of communication and cooperation with Diaspora related to Prijedor City administration. Also, NDC Prijedor plan for coming period is to establish the Board for planning and realization of summer activity „Diaspora days“ in Prijedor.
